Individual Therapy affords a safe, supportive and confidential atmosphere to work on personal needs and issues that may create an imbalance in one's life. This can be due to life transitions, general life or social stressors, trauma, grief, and/or mental health and substance related concerns. All are valid and can disrupt balance within our lives.
